Designed for high efficiency,
energy savings and maximum user protection. Available
in 48”,
60”, 72” and
96” width; 32” depth x 59” height. The aerodynamic
face opening with airfoil provides uniform
airflow into the fume chamber. A constant volume
low flow hood with VaraFlow baffle system efficiently
directs the airflow through the fume chamber
to the exhaust outlet with minimum turbulence
and maximum user protection. U.L. 1805 Classified
To assure safe
operations in accordance with SEFA-1-2002 Lab
Fume Hoods Recommended Practices and ANSI Z9.5-2003
Laboratory Ventilation Standards, HEMCO
recommends that all laboratory hoods be equipped
with an airflow monitor. |

Features:

Unitized composite fiberglass superstructure is fire
retardant and provides superior chemical resistance and durability.
Fume chamber is one-piece design featuring a smooth surface and coved
corners. Easy to clean. Durable unitized construction also reduces
installation costs because it is lightweight. Making installation
easier.

Vertical raising viewing
sash with extended veiwing height is clear tempered
safety glass with corrosion resistant PVC
framing. Horizontal sliding and combination
sashes are available. HEMCO recommends
sash stops positioned at the design open
height for maximum efficiency and user
protection.

Lighting in the fume chamber is
provided by a vapor-proof energy efficient
fluorescent light fixture and convenient
control switch wired to junction box. Explosion-proof
models are also available but not wired
(Must be wired to comply to local codes).
All electrical components and services
are UL and CSA listed. 115V 60Hz. Other voltage
Hz and phase options are available for
international and industry requirements.

with service fixtures, electrical services,
work surfaces, sinks, base cabinets, exhaust
ducting, blowers and filters to meet your
exact requirements.

assembled ready to install and connect
to service.

exterior with pearl white and silver beige. Custom colors are also available.

Dual wall unitized construction, all non-metallic corrosion and fire resistant composite fiberglass construction. Molded fume chamber with white glass smooth surface with all coved corners. Sash to be counter balanced, 3/16” tempered safety glass with chemical resistant non-metallic PVC framing,track and aerodynamic sash lift. Vapor proof two tube T-8 Fluorescent light fixture and control switch are wired to a single point junction box. 115 volt / 60Hz AC All electrical components are U.L. 1805 classified. Optional switches, receptacles and exhaust blowers are available. |
